The classes at ECPI don't transfer to any other colleges or Universities,even though they tell their students that they will. They actually don't..The teachers are quick to dock students points & fail them also . Out of 25 students in my LPN program only 2 students were able to finish because of them failing students so much. I spent 25K to attend this University & NONE of my classes would transfer to other colleges. They aren't accredited properly.Dont attend this University! I have attended other colleges/Universities since attending this one, & experienced such more support & success. They were horrible to their students!

The staff and teachers are very helpful and coordinated. I also appreciate the vast array of programs they provide for public schools and other institutions.

I've mostly enjoyed my time at ECPI and the teachers but the program does need a little work. Cramming it all in and expecting us students to know the technology coming in and remember most of the math some of us haven't seen in Years is a little much. Maybe go back to LPN being a Two year program and reteach or offer a refresher course to those who need it. I believe Everyone cld benefit from refreshing our memories instead of us having to go home and teach ourselves, PLUS get the workload expected in on time. It's not easy. So if u want easy do not come to ECPI. But again I appreciate the teachers and staff at ECPI Roanoke and I'm still in the program so I Pray the Math doesn't kill me and that I complete the course on time in a few more months.

This place is a complete joke. I feel that I am doing anybody reading this an injustice by having to give it even one star. From day one my class was flat out told by our professor that they didn't care about teaching us and only care about the benefits. This was further demonstrated by the entire teaching administration with their lackluster on the job performance. It's a shame that you have to pay so much money for an education to ultimately end up having to teach yourself the material. For crying out loud one of the professors didn't know how to calculate a simple dosage conversion. To make matters worse, the DON was made aware of this issue and nothing was done. Incompetence to teaching the material is absolutely unacceptable. Anyone can create a test with a test generator!!! If you need help with something, wish in one hand and s*** in the other and see which one fills up first. They know they have a weak administration in the LPN program and simply don't care. They only care about getting your money and nothing else. PLEASE, avoid this over priced and disappointing school at all cost. Do NOT make the same mistake I did!!
