The medical staff and front desk/phone folks are A+, knowledgeable, and cheerful. The virtual appointment system, sadly, is not reliable.. rely on yourself to make sure the system is working.

I love PMA! My family and I have come here for their urgent care services for the last 2 years and it’s fast, easy, and clean. The staff is always friendly. They’re even better during COVID. I had an urgent care issue today and everything was super easy. I was able to book an appointment online within 25 minutes. Temperature checks at the door, disposable masks for everyone and easy forms to fill out. I was out of there in 20 minutes with a prescription for CVS down the street. Awesome place with awesome people. I highly recommend PMA!
