Honestly the reception girl was very very 100% RUDE when i ask her about available time to book an appointment. She was yelling over the phone to tell me that there was no available time to book for an appointment on that day or over the week. Very disappointed to speak people like this and working at the reception without knowledge how to communicate over the phone. Very rude and very unprofessional. Im not sure if shes chinese or she came from other asian country. Very rude!

Dr. Lan Tu is a Wonderful Doctor and so is Dr. Richard Tu. They spend a lot of time with their patients, very thorough and kind.

Terrible customer service, especially from the lady that picks up the phone calls , she can bearly speak English and she screams when she talks. My husband has been going to this Dr for years and their staff has always been terrible. Unfortunately we won't be going back , they are super rude and unprofessional

Straight up 1 star. Dr. Lan C. really seems like she doesn't care at all, and that she's only there for the money.

Sorry I've to say that Dr. Lan C. Tu doesn't check thoroughly, doesn't seem to care for the patients. Not recommend to come here because you will lost your money without any helps.
