Dr Lenze was very thorough and considerate of my own input. She took time with me and made me feel that she cared. Attitude in bedside manners is everything.

Better system needed of keeping results of patient’s results from Other departments seen by patient eg gastro, rheumatology etc need to be promptly communicated and updated. Some tests/ procedures done were not sent to primary care! This is a main failing in the vhs system

Dr. Lenze is a fantastic physician. She is thoughtful, thorough and empathetic--all qualities you really look for in a good physician. The office is conveniently located in falls church city and the staff are very friendly.

We really like Dr. Lenze and this practice. The staff are all very pleasant and efficient - not at all a given in this industry, sadly - and I really like the office setup and location. (It's part of the VA Hospital Center but it's so much easier for us to visit this Falls Church office.) Dr. Lenze is very good - she answered all our questions and provided helpful information. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Lenze was very thorough, informative, answered all of my questions and provided me with several treatment options. She followed up with me concerning my test results. Her office staff was very professional and efficient.
