Our first visit here upon strong recs from a colleague. Dr. Kelly is away and we saw Dr. Mouchahoir. This was a 12 month visit. Doctor was not thorough.. didn’t care to look in his mouth or Check oral hygiene. His body language was like he didn’t want to get close..I get it with Covid and all but geez. The rest of the visit was more of listening to my complaints. Didn’t seem interested in getting close to the baby. Seemed rushed. The nurse gave two shots.. very shaky.. she was ok. Nothing great But! shout out to the front desk ladies both upstairs and downstairs. Such a pleasant experience with front staff. We were greeted enthusiastically when told we are new to the practice. The stars for them should be 5/5, the office is kind of run down looking and worn out. Don’t bring strollers as there was no elevator. Perhaps we missed it.

Excellent doctors and staff. We've had great experience over the last 9 years with Drs Baldrate, Henrikson, Mouchahoir, Woodley, Kelly. Sabrina and Nikki at the front desk have always been immensely helpful to us. Lab in the basement makes it really convenient.

The doctors are so nice and polite even tho sometimes they rush the visit. But definitely the front staff are always so rude, cranky,. They work in a children environment. As a mother of a two year old. I would like to feel more welcomed most of are stressed as it is and this people put more stressed in my life. I travel from Alexandria to their location I don’t mind. Because most of my family members goes to this doctor over 15 plus. And highly recommend this pediatric place... they either need to change their staff or talk to them.

I have been with them through 3 kids and the only reason why I'm not with them now is because we moved out of state. They are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The primary care doctor for my 3 children was Dr. Diane Halpin but all of the doctors are excellent. I am genuinely sad that I won't be taking my daughters to them anymore.
