Dr. Ton-That and his office team are wonderful and their bed side manner is some of the best I’ve experienced...as many of us can all relate gastroenterology appts/procedures can be a bit uncomfortable but this office has such a caring approach that it has made my experiences just a little less nerve wracking. Dr. Ton-That is brilliant to say the least.nnHope I don’t have to see them soon but if I do I know I am in great hands. :)nnHighly recommend!

This doctor is awesome. I was suffering from terrible GERD and happened to find Mr. Ton-That online. He was able to see me within two days which is pretty quick for GI doctor. I was a bit worried if there was going to be some language barrier as I am not Vietnamese and all the patients in the waiting area were Vietnamese. Turned out Dr. Ton-That is very friendly and fluent in English. There was no language barrier at all. He cracked jokes and made me feel very comfortable. He was able to put me in for endoscopy within next week and that procedure went very well yesterday. I am still going to return to his office for follow up. I recommend him to everyone for sure! His office staff members are also very proactive, polite, and educated me about information I should know before my procedure. A+++

If I can I give them zero star. My Husband come there and always they text or call his phone number. And last time my mom has an appointment with them, the office text me to remind me about my mom appointment but they texting wrong number that’s why I don’t know when she has appointment because I have to wait over a month for that appointment. So, my mom didn’t coming to her appointment. Then they didn’t call me and they call my husband. They said they texted me but my mom didn’t come that why they charge 50$ . I call them then they find out that’s their fail so they make another appointment for my mom and no charge. 2 day later, they call me and said: doctor said I have to paid 50$ if I want to make appointment for my mom, I said why because that’s not my fail, they said they don’t care. I have to pay if I want to come with them, if not I have to see another doctor. You can believe the doctor can do that. They try to take money from their patients even it is their fail. My husband always come their and I provide a lot my friends come with them because I want to support for Vietnamese. But I really disappointed with what they did. Yes, I will go with another doctor and never come back!!

Getting a colonoscopy today and I had previously cleared with the doctor to take an uber home. When arrived i was greeted by two rude nurses who told me I would need to pay $65 for a service to drive me home instead. Very unprofessional would not recommend to anyone
