We've rented a storage space for the past 5 years & it's been a fantastic experience. Rick is friendly and caring. The facility is clean and well kept. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I just moved to the area and Uhaul’s first drop off location wouldn’t answer their phone to let us in the gate so Uhaul gave us a new location, this business. When we get there at night, he tells us he no longer works with Uhaul and has told people and told Uhaul this. The interaction with him wasn’t a bad interaction. However, he gave us an address for what he said was another place that will take drop offs for it. The address he gave us was a shed at the end of a small road, completely unlit and horribly sketchy. I wouldn’t trust a business that sends you to an unsafe area late at night.

I had a storage unit at Rent A Space for a while. The price was reasonable. The units do not have climate control. The reason I’m giving them two stars is because of management. The woman who works there is very friendly and works well with the customers. However, her husband was very rude and disrespectful one night. I was unaware that the units closed at a specific time. When I showed up to enter my code, he yelled at me and appeared intoxicated. I attempted to explain that I was not aware of the hours to visit the unit. Unfortunately, that was enough for me to want to get my belongings out.
