The product is very cool and the delivery people are fantastic. The customer service stinks. On three separate occasions they have billed me monthly charges for PODS that were already picked up. Then they make it seem like they are doing you a favor by refunding the money you should have never been charged.

We had a unpleasant experience with PODS. They put the storage container in the middle of our driveway. They then charged us to move it when it already had to be moved in a hurry because it was blocking the delivery of materials on the job site the previous day. Needless to say, we won't be using PODS again in the future.
Don did a fabulous job! When our first pod arrived the opening would have been up against the shed. Don drove up to a nearby parking lot big enough to switch it around so that the opening would be at the front. He did an excellent job placing the pod (even with the muddy, wet lawn) and then drove back to Roanoke to get the second pod. He was able to place the second pod side-by-side with the first for easy access.nEven though we had scheduled the pick up for a week out, we were able to reschedule an earlier pick up as we had received help unloading. Don was there to pick up. It only took a matter of minutes, so efficient was he.nThe second pod was picked up by Rob almost immediately after Don left with the first. Rob, also, did a quick, efficient job. He, too, was respectful, kind, and friendly.nI can't say enough of how happy I am with PODS. They made our cross-country move a much more enjoyable experience.
Customer service is exceptional! I had to reschedule several times. The representatives were always very helpful. They made a stressful situation a little more bearable. I will use them again.
