Very friendly service and easy access to my unit.
I would never store here again, it's nice to start and then they slowly go up in price. When it was Parkside it was much better with better customer service but since Public took over that went downhill real quick. Also have seen homeless people staying in their units which isn't legal by any means. elevator is constantly down and there's a weird smell throughout the building. Save your money.
The property manager Kim is awesome. She has been such a big help for us during these hard times. She takes great care of her customers. Very nice location and facility. Thank you public storage for your assistance.
Our visit with Kim was the best experience. We relocated here and new to the area. Kim made sure we got the right size space and packing tips included. Great location to our home in Vinton and clean facility.
