Keep an eye on your credit card. My mom paid one month for me and the next month she was charged again without permission. She was also added to my account without my knowledge because she helped me out a few times. Todd the store manager is rude, arrogant, and would rather auction your stuff than try to help you. If you go to the district manager for help he gets mad and says you have no right to do so. My husband is on the account and Todd refuses to talk to him about the account. Todd trys to take advantage of women when the account is in a females name. I have so much more to say but there is not enough space to tell the whole story. I would appreciate if someone from the corporate office would get in contact with me.nnUPDATE: When you dont get along with Todd you are given 1 month to move out or they auction your storage unit even if you are caught up on your bill. Also its up to Todd's boss Crystal and the property owners to decide if they can work something out with you if you can't move out. Maybe my mother should file a lawsuit against this place for credit card fraud and then maybe something would be done about how this place is being ran!

Office manager is very rude and unfriendly! His attitude is smart and arrogant as if he owns the property. Never again will I rent a storage unit from the Bean Street location as long as he is there. My cousin also rented a unit there and had the same problem with this man. Please educate your staff on customer service. When working with the public have a better attitude and not be rude. Take pride in serving the public or look for a new profession.

Friendly and nice customer service. Clean location and hassle free check out. My stuff was as I left it no issues with security. Well maintained and nicely kept grounds would definitely use again if needed.
