I’ve had storage here for years. Debbie in the office is a super nice person, easy to talk to and always upbeat.
I've had nothing but bad luck with this organization, they would change access times so people would show up with no access to their belongings now they don't open until 11! People had a flood from a clogged drain that got fixed after things were damaged or destroyed, they have no auto billing checks only. Just very unprofessional I can see why they are so cheap.
Theres been 7 units broke into and the last time i was there to check my unit some tweeked out girl was scoping out the place. I got the tag number of the crown vic....color brown and a mini van that was there parked in the back....white with gray on the bottom.that peeled out with the vic. I will not tolerate a thief because i have worked hard for what i have in my unit and have payed lots of money for that unit. So lets hope the owner will follow up on this matter. So i dont have to!!!!
