Melissa at the Apperson facility has been literally THE BEST storage manager we have ever worked with. From little things like letting us know if our camper cover blew off to handling cancelling the camper parking and switching our storage unit to a smaller unit all during a 3 minute phone call and the paperwork taken care of so we could do the switch that weekend. Just friendly and exceptional service. (Exact same sort of experience with their movers also, just a top notch company all around).
I had to store 50% of our stuff here for a year before the move and it worked out great! The storage units are extremely well maintained. Very easy access to the storage units making moving a breeze.
I had to quickly store my Rv at a time when everyone else was too. I was having trouble finding a place that had room. I got the last available spot with these folks and I'm so glad I did!! Everyone is especially friendly and kind. Very secure and very accommodating with taking my payments over the phone as well as telling you that they personally check the lots daily and your Rv is fine. I would definitely recommend and use again!!!
Not only was I a customer for the storage side but I am also employed by Virginia Varsity Transfer. On the job I am able to see all kinds of storage options but when it came to where I would store my own belongings. It was a no brainer. Melissa is also very polite and attentive. I know where all of my future storage business will be. Thanks VVSS.
