Best storage facility in Salem, they are very clean.nI love the staff here.nThey are friendly and attentive.nCindy is always quick to answer my calls and questions.nI appreciate the attention to detail and that they are so customer focused.nThey make storage easy and provide me as a customer with peace of mind.nI reccomend Rent A Space is Salem for any storage needs, as they are very accommodating.

There are indoor and outdoor storage facilities available. The indoor ones include some with climate control. You have to provide your own lock. The gates require your code entering and departing.

I have used them twice over the years. Once for 3 years and once for 2 years. SUPER efficient to deal with & often went the extra mile when requested. The 2nd time I used them I was moving items out of unit and planned on going by office the following work day...NOPE, no need...they walked out and gave me my exit papers when they saw I was moving out! SO CONVENIANT!nI would use them again and again!

I lost my key to my unit. Mrs Cindy jumped right on it and got me going,!!!! The experience was very pleasant ud83dude00 highly recommend.
