I didn't expect much from a self storage unit as far as customer service. What a pleasant surprise! I purchased some items from the owner and he was a delight to do business with. Very accommodating, friendly, respectful and willing to cut some slack and make a deal. The storage units were varied in size, very well kept and clean. It was easy to navigate the maze of buildings and everything looked secure and safe.
Affordable, clean and easily accessible! The office staff is very friendly and easy to work with. The unit is exactly as advertised. We have a climate controlled unit and I love it. We have been using them for at least a year and a half, probably closer to two, and have had zero problems.
Storage facility was in a convenient location. Clean, and the staff was friendly. I will recommend this facility.
We put items in storage at the end of my daughter's junior year, that we would not need to bring home for summer. At the beginning of her senior year everything was clean, dry and in excellent condition. I should have thought of this at the end of freshman and sophomore years. Thanks Affordable Mini Storage. Very easy to deal with, staff is usually easily reachable and ready to answer questions or deal with any concerns. Prices are very affordable, location not too far from 81. Would recommend this place for longer term storage especially.
