Stopped by for a fourth time in the last 2 years as we are moving to a house and needed some new items. Both Wendy and Jafar have helped us out over the past two years in our multiple Bob's trips. Wendy and Jafar are great - both super helpful and Wendy is so enthusiastic and energetic! We furnished our entire apartment with Bob's and now our entire home. We'll be back this summer for round two!
Wendy was not truthful about financing options. Didn’t get what we were promised. Store manager did very little to accommodate or rectify the problems. Delivery was incorrect and customer service doing nothing about it. Overall I’d say shop somewhere else. No wonder it’s discount. And that’s even a joke. Mattresses and dresser cost just as much if not more than the National brands. Buyers beware.
