My shopping experience here was great beginning from the customer service rep who responded to my inquiry to my sales associate, Junior, to the financial manager, Jose.. everything was just great. Jose made the entire purchasing process with every little detail about the maintenance plan and tire protection and electric coverage very very clear and very convincing. Junior was very patient showing me a full tutorial of the car. I am very pleased with the service there and i absolutely recommend it. I also want to add that the service team is amazing. Donny is the expert i chose for my maintenance and I'm glad i did because he is truly the expert!!! He knows his stuff and i definitely recommend him!

Been coming for years. Mostly do a good job. Only complaint recently is that while almost everyone was wearing a mask on staff one woman was not and I had to interact with her. Please ensure all employees wear masks.nnUPDATED - while service seems to do a good job. The most recent experience leaves me wanting... I dropped off my car Friday and was told it would be ready Saturday. Come 6 pm Saturday I received no communications and service was closed and sales was unhelpful. Not until I called Monday morning did I get an apology.

I took my daughter to Bill Page Toyota to purchase her first car. Our salesman was Marcello and he was fantastic!! Very personable and helpful. He made us feel comfortable and talked to us while we waited for our paperwork to be processed. My daughter and I were extremely pleased with his customer service. Very smooth and efficient (speedy) purchase. Reasonably priced, friendly people without any kind of hard sales tactics. I dealt primarily with Marcelo and it was a breeze. I knew what I wanted, maybe that was an element. Just that I'm taking the time to write a review says a lot and if you knew me you would agree. I would definitely shop for another car here myself or recommend them to others. Five Stars indeed!

I’ve been taking my car hear for a few years. Service is good. They do not over sell. Usually get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Not always though, so I always schedule when I have time to wait.nUpdate:1/22/21 same great service. I just wish there were some outdoor seating.
