Excellent customer service! David Chang made sure to take care of my vehicle and completed the services they said they would. My vehicle was completed in a timely fashion (which I appreciate with a 2 year old). I would definitely recommend this service center. My car was cleaned also. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Thanks again David for the awesome service!

I love Kia Falls Church because of Chris. He's always pleasant, cheerful and helpful. He doesn't oversell you stuff but makes sure you get the service you need to keep your car running well. He was gone for awhile and I'm so glad he's back. His kindness makes taking my car for service actually enjoyable. Overall, Kia Falls Church has always been wonderful. The service area has wifi, snacks, coffee and if you don't have time to wait they can drop you off at home and pick you up if you live within five miles. Thank you, Kia Falls Church and thank you, Chris.nnYear 9 with Kia Beyer Falls Church. Still love Chris but also want to give kudos to David Chang who was my service advisor today. I had a very easy and streamlined car buying experience working with Omar and Bobby this week. I used a car buying service through my credit union, then Omar reached out directly (along with a few other dealerships). I went to Beyer for my initial visit because my dad had had a good experience there.nnAs a first time car buyer, I was a little nervous (because of the reputation that car dealerships in general have), but it was pretty pleasant. Everyone I spoke with was responsive, warm, polite, and knowledgeable. The people were quick to offer information for me to consider, but left each decision up to me and did not push after I gave a response. It was not the high stress experience that I had been dreading when I started thinking about buying a car.nnI was able to test drive two different versions of the model that I was considering, which helped me figure out what was most important to me in a car. It was very low pressure. I was allowed to test drive with a family member along and since we know the area, no one from the dealer joined us. They were happy to give lots of information without giving me a hard sell. In my initial visit, there was a wait that was about 35 minutes longer than expected between the test drives and receiving a quote on the specific car I liked. They mentioned that they were slightly understaffed unexpectedly that day, and it was a Saturday afternoon, so there were a lot of people there.nnBeyer gave me the best quote out of the four dealerships I was talking to. I was able to take that quote to my credit union for a loan. I came back to sign the paperwork and give them the check—including another quick test drive, it was about 2-2.5 hours to wrap everything up (faster than I had anticipated). I’m very pleased with my new car.nn——nUpdate:nI had a service done today—filter replacement, tire rotation, and an oil change. Great service! They’ve implemented a smart text message service where they can communicate directly with you and share a link that shows the current status of your vehicle. I found it really helpful (and if you prefer to be called instead, that’s given as an option too!). David Chang was wonderful and during COVID it was nice to be in and out quickly with the super efficient and kind cashier, knowing that they’re taking precautions. That said, there was another employee walking around inside with his mask pulled down on his neck instead of covering his nose and mouth—I really did not enjoy that and I kept my distance. All in all, quick and easy service today and I appreciate everyone who made it that way!

I went in for an oil change, and got David Chang at the Service desk. He was very helpful, professional and efficient. The lounge had snacks and good cappuccino while I waited. The price was also good, especially considering everything. I will go again. Well done

I am so thankful to Omar at Beyer Kia for all his hard work and dedication in getting me my new Seltos. Omar went above and beyond in every way to make sure I had the exact car that I wanted in a way that worked best with my busy schedule. I’ve had my car for almost a week now and my only regret is that I didn’t purchase sooner. Thank you so much Omar and team. I appreciate you!
