Tom was very good to work with. He made it enjoyable to buy a used car. I would highly recommend IBEX and Tom for anyone looking for a great deal on a quality used car. As a matter of fact, my dad purchased a vehicle from him 3 days after I purchased mine.

Tom and his team did a great job facilitating the sale of my truck. They were professional, and willing to work with me to find a solution to fit my budget. They have a great selection of cars and trucks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good car, and great service!

Tom is the man. The car I went to see was purchased right before I got there, and he was able to not only find me an upgraded model of the same car, but work with me on the price too. Very friendly, very straightforward transaction, and I love my new wheels. Definitely recommend.

I had a 2020 ram 1500 Laramie lined up to purchase this weekend 3/6/2021. I am out of state and I was dealing with Tom. He suggested I bring it to the ram dealership down the street at my expense so I could have it inspected since I couldn’t physically see the truck. While the truck was being inspected apparently Tom got a phone call for another potential buyer so he called the dealership and said he needed the vehicle ASAP he had another potential buyer. The dealership called me as they were confused since I was paying for a presale inspection: He then proceeded to sell the truck after I had the truck inspected and after I had gotten the loan. I totally got screwed by this dealer. They cost me money and time for nothing. deceitful stereo typical car sales people. dishonest to the core. So if you want to deal with dishonest horrible people call this place. PS there we’re issues with the truck as it was in an accident and this was not told to me until I brought it up to Tom. Parts were replaced with parts from a junkyard. Buyer Beware...

Tom was a pleasure to deal with and the service was very prompt. Even though I ended up buying a truck local, Tom was very professional and congratulated me on my purchase. Good service like this is hard to find and I will definitely look here on my next purchase.
