I found IM AutoHaus due to unforeseen complications at my prior garage. I could not be any happier! When you start out with a new mechanic, you can have insecurities, concerns and trust issues. Since I was a first time customer, they did a quick assessment of my SAAB 9-3 ARC Convertible and found a major safety issue that needed immediate attention. Without this service, my engine could have seized and I would no longer be able to enjoy a car that I have loved for so many years. I am BEYOND THRILLED as now my SAAB runs more efficiently, smoother and quieter. I originally went in to get the convertible top looked at and came out not only with the top working but a feeling of safety and now trust in this office. Richard helped me initially however Bailey checked me out. I am so pleased to have found my next SAAB dealer and I trust them to do everything in their power to keep me informed so that I may continue to enjoy this series of car that is no longer being manufactured. I just purchased a Toyota Corolla 2008. I found Bryan and Maria very helpful. They took the car to my house so I could test drive without going to the dealership. Then when I wanted the car, they took it to the mechanic which I chose. When the mechanic found problems, they corrected them, including installing a strut which they said might not be necessary. Bryan said it was to give me peace of mind.nnThen they took the car to be inspected in DC because I said I was worried about the DC inspection process. They accepted credit cards which helped me get points. Bryan and Maria are dedicated to knowing their cars. Bryan told me how he started at age 18, made a high salary at a young age and stuck with the Business until 20 years later he owned part of it. I feel very confident they will help me if there are issues in the future. They are a small dealership and not corporate. I recommend them.

I’m a bit late in posting this review, as I bought my car in July.nCannot say enough good things about this business, and Brian, the owner. From start to finish, the process was fast and easy. Brian did what he said he was going to do, was honest and dependable. Got a great car that serves me well. Highly recommend!

They kept my Saab running till it got rear ended. Now I have a mini and won’t let anyone else’s touch this car. Fair price, detailed work and knowledge.
