Newly arrived in the US, Sam sold me a second-hand car for a fair price, was super helpful and really honest. I cannot more recommend to step-by if you want any mechanical advice, buy a car or simply want to not be screwed-up by usual clinic-car franchise. Thank you Sam again.

I cannot give enough praises on what outstanding customer service I was given. I had a unique issue that I could not get an answer from anyone. I called this dealership Randomly , because of it being open 24 hours. I don’t live in Virginia. The owner Sam called me back and answered all my question and gave me all the information I needed. If I lived in Virginia you better believe I would buy my car from him. It’s a great feeling to know that we still have people that care and want to help even if it’s not benefitting them. Thank you again Sam.

While struggling with the more commonly used rental companies and ending up frustrated we walked in Sam's Car Service. He welcomed us with genuine friendliness, understood our problems and wishes and went out of his way to make us a deal that suited our needs.
