REI is always great, but this location has an exceptional staff. I've purchased a few bikes here and they are always helpful and willing to take the time to chat or research parts/problems.nnFrom my experience, certainly one of the best bike service locations in NOVA.
REI is awesome. Having one so close to me is even better! This REI is smaller than most REI's I've been to, but its still pretty nice. The parking lot has plenty of parking spaces. The store seem to be split into two sides, one being for males and the other being for females.
Great shop with a decent collection. While I would rather support the little guy, frankly there are not that many good options and REIs 1 year guarantee is hard to beat. Staff are helpful and generally knowledgeable, although some luck getting the right person is required.
Love shopping/browsing. The staff are knowledgeable in their areas. They outfitted me with everything I needed for a snowshoeing expedition to the top of Mt. Marcy. That was 11 years ago, and I still use most of the gear. The hiking shoes, though, only lasted 10.5 years. I have done a return or two with no problem.
