Called the night before about emergency plumbing services in a rental property for a leak under a bathroom sink. Got a call back in short order; made arrangements to meet the next morning after shutting off the water main for the night. Plumber showed up at the appointed time, but not in a service vehicle, and without basic tools. She diagnosed the problem as a failed hose from the valve to the faucet. She did not have a hose with her, so she went 1 mile to the hardware store, where she stayed for 1.5 hours, purportedly looking for the right $6 hose. She returned with a new crescent wrench that she bought to do the job, installed the hose in 5 minutes, then wrote a bill for $218. This person is not a professional, and certainly not ethical.

I highly recommend Martin's Plumbing. We needed a leaky faucet taken care of and they were there immediately.
