I started Pivot,for a fall off of a ladder at work!Michael Eaton!was my therapist!Sara also filled in some:)they both we're very kind!and very patient with me.they worked with me.so that Sacareiliac and leg.and back.was able to get me better.to return to work!I would recommend Pivot!and I do!:)The receptionist Tammy!is a sweetie:)as well as Michael!and Sara!They are Awesome!and I was so at home:)So Check out Pivot!Their GREAT!!!

I was treated for shoulder/neck and hip/lower back injuries all within a three month period. I went from being barely able to make it through the day at the beginning to being active again with a much stronger core muscle base than I had before the injuries. The staff are very outgoing and personable. Highly recommended.

I had a hip replaced and the 2 home visits the doctor ordered for me after the surgery were a joke. I asked the doctor for a prescription for more and was so pleased that I found Pivot at Towers. Sarah was my primary therapist and she was excellent ! She certainly has the magic touch with massaging the tight, painful muscles after she applied heat. Kayla filled in when Sarah was away tending to administration duties, and was good too. I am not an exercise loving person but was good about following my plan that I practiced there and the written copies for home use after I finished my course there and have had great results. And I can not forget to mention Mrs. Personality, Tammy. She is so awesome too !! She is wonderfully friendly and helps turn your frown upside down. She is also great with children, as I had to bring my 4 yr old grandson when my schedule got changed and she kept an Xtra eye on him, even though I could see him perfectly from where I was.( I always brought coloring books to help keep him entertained.) They are the BEST !! I have gone to another Physical therapy place in Roanoke that I could not recommend. I feel Pivot at Towers is the VERY BEST !!!
