After waiting for prescriptions that were already called in and receiving texts saying they were ready, the pharmacy had no clue what had happened to them and told me they would have to run them through again, to wait 15 minutes! I had waited in the line 20 minutes already since it was backed up into the next row of isles with kitchen supplies. So, I went around the store for 15 more minutes and went to get the medicines and they had the wrong dosage, so I was told to wait AGAIN for 15 minutes and get back in line. I did this and he STILL only filled 30 of the 90 day rx my doctor had called in. I asked him to give me two days worth of medicine as it was blood pressure related, until he could get the prescription corrected, and he said “it doesn’t work like that” so I went home with no meds because my 90 day RX wasn’t filled and I would’ve had to pay out of pocket for the other 60 if I hadn’t gotten all 90 this time. CLASSY WORK WALMART pharmacist. I will now transfer all my care to WALGREENS. You guys really suck.

Best people ever especially Phillip . when i did not have incurance he helped me get my sons asmah meds alot cheaper with a prescription card he also went to there website and looked for prices at other pharmacies and matched there prices . saved me hundreds of dollars every month. Great caring staff yes you may wait a little longer but they pay special attention to there customers ❤❤❤

I call my prescription in. Its ALWAYS ready when i go get it 24-48 hours later. Thats ONLY when its out of refills. Instant refills are within 12 hours. Call in the night before and pick up the next morning. The machine will tell you the Time.

This truly is the worst pharmacy with consistently the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! In this respect, at least it’s not a surprise.

I called in a prescription yesterday. They said it be ready at 10am. It is now 3:16pm and it ain't ready! I will never deal with these people again. This is so stupid! If my prescription is not ready by 10am tomorrow, I am calling corporate!
