I have been a customer of Downhome for several years. Sunday, it realized I had not refilled my granddaughters medicine that she needs everyday and also when she has paralysis due to a medical condition, well she woke up going into paralysis so I called Tim, the owner/pharmacist and explained. He did not be even hesitate, left from what he was doing and went to the pharmacy to get me the medicine she needed. Sunday is the only day they take off. I am fortunate to have found them years ago.

Fantastic. There is zero comparison between these fine folks and the Kroger/CVS/Walgreens of the world. Highly recommend.

I needed a wheelchair unexpectantly last Saturday. I called around pharmacies and stores to no avail. Fortunately a friend recommended DownHome, so I called there. They were open, and had a wheelchair to rent. I can't express how much that meant. Very professional and friendly service, and a lifesaver!
