Why does ART lock-up this expensive (taxpayer-funded) shelter every weekend...forcing their customer-passengers to stand outside today in cold, snowy & wet weather? I couldn’t reload my SmartCard today...making it difficult for me to give them my money. Worse yet, they don’t even bother to post their office hours in a visible spot on their front door. Typical indifferent government message to your customers. A commercial business would never treat its paying customers so callously, or they would soon go out of business.
