A great family friendly nature hike & bike area with a lot of trails that range in degrees of difficulty.

The ridgetops are much cooler/breezy and have fewer midges than the valleys. Keep an eye out for mountain bikers while using the trails. And even if you decide not to use the trails, there's an interesting progression of stone outcrops and debris to look at. Also those giant running fuzzy things.
