I had to switch to a new doctor and have been here 3 times so far. Dr. Omojokun was great, but I've had to wait 30 min - 1 hour every single time, even when arriving 20 minutes early. Front staff were fine however just called to get a refill and have never had such an attitude from whomever the receptionist was that answered the phone. I tried to ask her questions about how to get in contact with them when it was ready and she just kept repeating her question if I wanted to be called when it was ready with a nasty tone.

Need an annual physical and you have no health issues? This could be your place. Need a doctor when you get sick? Look elsewhere.nnMy wife and I are legacy patients from Dr. Beyer and migrated to VHC when Physician’s Group bough the practice. We truly wanted to this practice to work for us. But, after years of “giving it a shot” and multiple issues, we’re going elsewhere.nnSadly, our experience has been like the other reviews. Turn over in the practice is high. Experience is low. Courtesy is nonexistent. Establishing good doctor/patient relationship is impossible. Need help when you’re sick? I wouldn’t waste your time here...and that’s exactly what having a doctor is all about!

I do not recommend going through VHC. They have a wonderfully laid-out portal, however they are non-responsive to messages and refill requests...it’s a major irritant. I put in a refill request on Sunday and after me contacting them on Thursday to check the status, I was told I need blood work before the prescription can be refilled...I’m leaving town for 2 weeks...no time for me to go in for blood work...now I’ll go 2 weeks without very important medication. I’m now searching for a new practice.

Whoever answers the phone has not been trained in customer service. The portal is unwieldy and difficult. The website says telephone appointments are available yet that’s apparently untrue.

I think this is pretty much the worst practice I have ever had to deal with. It's basically a revolving door of doctors and they don't seem to be very dialed in to you or your previous issues. They all seem to be inexperienced doctors as well. I do not recommend this practice if you are looking for any level of individualized care.
