i was VERY impressed that as I walk around the store, 4 employees said Hello, asked to help. OUTSTANDING! most places you have to look for help, or are ignore by staff. GREAT JOB to your staff at FALLS CHURCH store.

Omg go look for Alex. he’s really helpful. He tried his best help me how to use target app to get discount and Yes !! Target app has a lot of coupons if you need to save some cash.

Extremely quick and convenient pick up service. Purchased from my phone/app, then went in and didn't wait longer than 2-3 minutes. Very efficient and smooth.

(Before reading consider this, time of year is when lots of seasonal and new hires are being trained) bought a controller, the lady wasn’t properly trained in how to pull up the item and put it on my receipt as unknown item.nnWhen I tried to return the items few weeks later I was not able due to the item being marked “unknown on the paper”. I also had to convince the cashier to let me leave with the controller I brought in by the manager coming to talk to mennOnce the manager came it was all good. He knew I wasn’t trying to steel it, and let me know why they couldn’t accept the return in a kind way.nnI had left an item and they were very helpful in helping me recover it.nnI’m not upset with anyone, it was just a little stressful having to prove I didn’t steel it and also wasn’t able to get a refund, if I didn’t steel it, why can’t I return it? (I assume they think it could be from Best Buy or something)
