Awesome store. Very courteous staff. I had pick ups installed in my guitar. Excellent work & they were completed before the estimated time.

I found the staff to be helpful, positive, and knowledgeable. However, I've had consistent experience with this location not taking care of their guitars. It's a free-for-all, and the guitars are in rough shape, even the higher end premium guitars. No one should pay $2000 for an American Tele that is chipped, dinged and has flat strings.

Acquiring an instrument online might be Cheaper but I get a kick out of going into guitar centre pulling almost any kind of guitar off the wall plugging it into almost any kind of amplifier and having a little fun and these guys Just stand there tapping their foot suggesting they like my playing better than my neighbours do!
