Dominion Camera

Really good experience over several visits to Dominion Camera. The team, especially Gary, are really knowledgeable and helpful. Some highlights:n- Fixed my film camera for free after taking it inn- Good film development and quick turnaroundn- Spent several days and hours going over a new camera to purchase. They were helpful and patient to make sure I got what would fit my needs.nnHighly recommend.

The staff at DC are wonderful and a pleasure to work with, more than willing to look up info or talk shop, however my experiences with the boss have been uncomfortable and left me feeling very turned off to the store. I've had a couple of instances with him that left a very sour taste in my mouth (I do not wish to go into the details). Working in customer service myself, I've been a honest paying customer at DC, never been rude or making demands, always go out of my way to be pleasant. However I will not be returning because of this. Please treat every customer as you would the people in line before and after them. The difference is quite noticeable sometimes.

This store is staffed by knowledgable photographers and is very helpful. It is dense with products and can draw on more from a sister store nearby. It may seem inaccessible but there is plenty of parking in the rear, and a front and rear entrance. It is right on Rt 7 in Falls Church. Products are enthusiast and pro quality, not just P&S. Processing is also available.

This is a great shop. The staff are really nice and their knowledge runs deep. Every time I've been I've learned something new from them. They'll take their time to make sure you're getting what you need.

Me and my boyfriend went in looking for a film camera and we picked one out for a fair price! But when we left we noticed it was broken :( but we went back in asking what we could do, he said fix which would take a week, refund or exchange for a different camera for same price! I was so pleased with the professionalism this place had! He helped put the new film in and showed us how to use it! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for cameras and film!nHe felt awful about giving us a defective camera but he was very nice about the whole situation. Thank you Dominion Camera!
