Super nice people very helpful even though they didn’t have what I asked for.nnAlso, as a plus, they respect their patrons enough to not only wear masks during this pandemic, but enforce the use of them.nnIf you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask. Why the hell are you in a smoke shop??

Very disappointed in this store. My family has been shopping at this store since it opened and with several medical conditions we do not wear masks. This has never been an issue nor has the store ever had a problem even employees not wearing masks. Someone today that I have never seen at the store decided to tell my family member he needs a mask. He went about shopping and it was told again so he decided to leave and take his business elsewhere. Tobacco Hut and Vape village in Ashland will hook you up while respecting your right to not put a mask on. Highly disappointed.
