Wonderful park with plenty of shade, flowers, green space, and a small playground.
The Art Walk provides a cycle of large art pieces and sculptures year-round. Roanoke serves the public well by embracing the works of regional and national artists, placing them in the heart of the city for all to see. The city periodically erects temporary exhibits to keep the scenery fresh. Elmwood Park is a great, relaxing, well-lit, and safe atmosphere only steps away from the excitement of the city.
A beautiful little walk for art lovers. Adjacent to the library and Elmwood Park. It makes for a fine asteic in downtown Roanoke.
It had some interesting pieces, but it was much smaller than what I had been anticipating
Neat free artwork downtown if you’re wondering around the area. Not a drive out of your way visit though!
