Private table Both’s line the street window. My morning coffee place, I Joined the one price/ monthly coffee special. Great deal. I no longer visit Starbucks

I was in a good mood when I stopped by today. A simple order of two soups turn into a nightmare of service. I order two individual soups, the cashier ring them as a pick two, not sure the reason. When I check for the additional side I was told it was a pick two. I told the manager that was not what how I order and I was told if I want another piece of bread it is 0.75. It is not that I was no able to give her the money, it was the fact that she was not listening to what I just said to her: NOT how I order it. I only give you 2 stars for the food but your service needs improvement. A piece of bread will never break a bank, think about people and making relationships.

3 stars just because had some 5 stars visits to Panera, and some 1 stars. Salad and fresh vegetables is the key. When it is fresh Panera is the best, when not Panera is a place to skip. Take your chance.

Place my order ahead of time, everything was ready and hot when I picked it up. Food was delicious as expected. I had the Frontera chicken sandwich and French onion soup. They are allowing dining in the store now. Everything is spaced out and clean.

Get it together! This used to be my go-to curbside pickup place. But then I ordered curbside. When I got home I realized they didn't include the banana I paid for. Annoying. I write Panera customer service, who credits me a $2 reward to use.nnThe next time I go to redeem the credit with my order, they bring out the curbside, and I flag the lady down because they forgot my drink. Then I get home and they actually also forgot a half salad! Even more irritating. So I write customer service again. Crickets. Follow up again. Crickets.
