There are two Extra Space Storage locations very close to one another. I initially went to the wrong one. When I called to fix my issue, the manager, Joe, of the location to which I was confirmed, was extremely helpful and friendly. I'm probably not the first person to go to the wrong location. When I arrived, Joe came out to greet me and ensure I had everything under control. The unit was clean and secure. Price is extremely affordable.
Joe was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. He took care of everything for me right over the phone. All of my questions were well answered, and he made a stressful process with me moving and having to store things a little less stressful. Paperwork and everything else was also super easy! Price also seemed to be better than other storage facilities in the area.nnWhen I arrived to store my things, I discovered that the unit looked practically brand new! All of these things let me know I made the best choice in choosing Extra Space Storage, particularly this location. Thanks again, Joe!
Everyone I talked to was very polite and helpful from the people on the phone to Joe in the office to where I have my unit. I went in there and Joe had everything set up for me like he said he would. Great experience overall would definitely recommend to anyone that needs storage to give them a shot first you won’t be disappointed
