I initially had contact with John at Extra Space Storage. John was very professional and delivered great customer service. He was eager to assist and able to answer all my questions. His hospitality had me return to Extra Space on Leeland Rd. and rent a unit. Upon returning, I met Ian Gebhart. Ian is a classy store manager and fine leader! He was highly professional as well and delivered “Hall of Fame” level customer service. As with John, he answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally.. I’ve rented space on and off for many years. These guys were the absolute best!nThey know people...they understand people...and they understand the old adage, that “kindness counts!”nBeing in the customer service business for 37 years, I understand the value of people helping people. I’d encourage the bosses of these men to take great care of them....simply because Ian & John are taking great care of you, the company, your brand, and most importantly of all, your customer!nThanks again for a great experience and exceptional customer service!
My Mom rents a unit there, so she know I'm in the process of moving that can be very stressful at these trying times. John showed me a unit and offered excellent service and wanted I to give it some thought. When I got home it didn't take me a whole lot of time to think about that this was the place I was going to choose. He was very professional personable( this was key for me) and I must say, because I work in the banking industry, I know how you can make a client or potential client feel so welcomed. Thank you John.
Spoke with John on the phone, he quickly and professionally got me into their system and ready to move into my new unit. All of my questions were answered quickly and completely leaving me with a sense of confidence in the staff who are running this facility. Looking forward to moving in!
The facility is great but just could not continue with the rising prices. My rent rose by $60 a month during the length of my storage plus I was forced to pay for insurance for items protected by my home owner's policy.
The gentlemen at Extra Space on Leeland Rd were amazing in assisting me during my search for the right unit and RIGHT PRICE! John and Ian both went above and beyond by providing information regarding the safe storage of my grandmother's heirlooms and keepsakes. At such a heartbreaking time, they have definitely made this endeavor a little less difficult.nnThank you so much Ian and John!!!!
