I'm constantly back and forth in my storage room at storage Mart and I pop in with questions all the time. Sarah has always been user friendly and helpful. My first time stopping by the facility was she sold me as a renter. she took me around and showed me all sizes until I made a decision. she has been the best.
Very nice storage facility. Seems almost brand new. Very clean. I think the best feature of this place is that there are 2 bay door areas you can back right in to & close a garage door behind ya. No need to worry about the weather. Gated entry provides for good security. It's a bit pricey, but I guess I'm not surprised by that.
The personnel at this facility are professional and go to extreme measures for customer awareness and satisfaction. They define and set a very high bar for other customer service agents. The facility is very clean, and organized. I was surprised to say the least that a storage facility could peak my interest.
Don't know if can state other company's name... Stumbled across this on Google search. Liked everything (location, service, features, etc.) especially the price. About 1/2. Pays to ck around.
Missy, at the home office, was very helpful when I rented a unit in Fredericksburg, Va. I highly recommend working with her. Now to go meet the local folks and locate my unit! I expect them to be helpful also.
