Conversations on the phone can sometimes be difficult but over the years, Sarah is always pleasant, very professional and has a positive attitude that makes me feel important. I came to the office with my girlfriend had no idea about storage unit. Rodney explain everything to me. So I I felt comfortable in the process. I told him I need sometime to think it over. But I couldn’t believe how good the experience was so I called and rented over the phone with Rodney. Thank you for an amazing experience

I have used Extra Space Storage for a number of years. They have always been courteous, professional and willing to do more than the basics. On my last visit John (Assistant Manager) was extremely helpful to me and my daughter. He provided service with excellence and certainly went above and beyond to ensure that we had what we needed. I can't even put in to words how thrilled I am with the extra space storage on 208. I was in the middle of an impulse move and had a very short period of time to have items moved in to a storage unit while I waited on my place to be ready in the new location. I first spoke with John and he was more than helpful. He recommended a size based off of the items I was needing to store and everything fit perfectly. He was also very polite and professional. He has answered any questions that have come up and goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service. Thank you John for making it such an easy and less stressful move!

I have to say Rodney was excellent he waiting for me before he close told him my situation. I was walking to the store it was 5:50 fish time I arrived there it was after 6 he explained everything to me and was patient didn't rush me even though it was after closing hours. Thank you Rodney for waiting and being patient
