Clean. Washers seem expensive...cheapest/smallest front loader is close to six bucks, so not super economical for single person washing single load. Dryers are cheap and effective though, can usually fully dry my laundry for a buck (32 minutes).

By far the most rudest people. Dirty nobody cleans the place until the end of the day there is trash every where and the guy who comes in at night to clean is by far one of the rudest ppl I have ever met.
