I was 10 minutes late for 1:45 pm appointment and Dennis refused to take my dog for an haircut. FYI They usually put him in a crate in the back before working on him at least 30 minutes to an hour anyway? And I usually pick up the dog 3 hours later. I understand I was late but only few minutes and Dennis was not accommodating at all and a bit rude. Won’t go back there! Spa for women are more accommodating. Unbelievable. What a bad experience!

I called several places trying to get my dog in last minute, wasn’t able to find any place. They squeezed me in here. It’s a relatively simple service - nail trim - but my dog makes it a challenge. They were able to do it here within five minutes on the table in front of me. My vet office turned my dog away and insisted she needed a sedative before they would see her. Needless to say, I’m pleased. I also didn’t have the necessary paperwork when I arrived - Nikki was helpful and patient in contacting my vet to verify the records. Thanks again

The service is grate. Julia answered all of my girls questions that they had about getting a new fish and gave us great advice. We came back the next day to get more fish but she had left for the day. But Amina was a grate help as well and we ended up with all the fish we wanted THANK YOU ladies. we will be looking for you if we have anymore questions.

I buy pet supplies at this location entirely because of the staff which seems consistent and has been very helpful.
