My wife frequent this place sometime and knows the owner Jonathan …I am having some heel pain in my right foot after a MRI and numerous Dr. visits the Dr. recommend me doing Physical Therapy along with my (not so great insurance) I could not afford 210.00 a week to go.... My wife hooked me up with the owner of CrossFit Unify....WOW this guy knows what he is doing and really has educated me in what is going on with my heel and is trying his best to get me out of the woods......I would recommend this place on just how he has treated me.... I moved to the area and was fortunate to find this box. It is like a family, with great programming, and a great atmosphere. I really enjoy the classes and the coaching that I receive has really helped me achieve my personal fitness goals. I highly recommend this box to everyone!
The atmosphere and coaching are great for all levels of fitness, from beginners to competitive atheletes. Members come from all walks of life and include parents (and grandparents!) who simply want to be able to keep up with their young ones, first responders and military personnel who must keep fit for duty, and people who simply want to make friends, have fun, and enjoy fitness.
Spacious. Great coaches, and, most importantly, CrossFit is way more fun than I had thought!
Friendly place! Great, effective workouts and everyone is welcome. I love it here.
