I absolutely love this gym! The set up is great and the people are very friendly. Always nice to be greeted by the owner, trainer and the best part the owner’s dog!

Management didn't like our trainer and kicked us all out with one day's notice. Bathrooms unclean.

I love The Noke Training, everyone is so helpful. I get so much more out of personal training than I do on my own in a gym. My workouts are always better with a trainer too. I also have some previous injuries so they are conscience about making sure I don't over do it or reinjur myself. It's a huge gym too with really nice equipment. *Full disclosure we have done some work for them and help with their marketing but i am also a paying customer and certify this info is honest and not just for marketing purposes.
