Great gym, Great people. Strongman/Powerlifting orientated with plenty of goodies like the monolift, bench press, deadlift/power clean platforms, atlas stones, legs, sand bags, farmers walks, Prowler, and a full set of dumbbells, to name a few. But it's also a great place for people who just want to get in shape, be better at sports, or just have fun lifting with fun people.
It's a good gym for people who want to get strong.
