Great place to go work out, they have a ladies only section if you're a female and dont want male attention.
I have been a member of this gym for many years now and it is always very clean and the staff is always professional and kind. Also they have every machine for each body part you need to hit if you want to see some serious growth.
I have asked over a week ago for this to be addressed. Today there is no pins. Why should I walk around looking for pins. Get your equipment sorted or give my money back so can find a gym that want to look after my investment.
They lock you into a 2 year contract, which cannot be cancelled. Don't let them lie and say it can be, they'll fight you the whole way. Once that contract is up, if you want to change your membership you will have to start another 2 year contract. If you make every payment on time for 2 years, and then 1 is late, they will turn it over to collections the next day, without even attempting to contact you. Debit card expired by the way. Staff is usually very friendly, gym isn't too bad. But the customer service is lacking, and very clearly only out to squeeze as much money from their customers as possible, with no intention to provide any sort of nice, or even moderate customer experience.
This is a very family friendly gym.
