Excellent place to go. Everyone is super friendly. My therapist carrie is the best. The lady at the front desk is always super helpful and friendly when you check in. It is super clean in there which is important right now with the virus. This is a great place to go if you need physical therapy. Don’t go anywhere else. They are awesome

Everyone is very personable, caring all while being professional. A great group all around. I will miss them all. But if I ever have a need for PT again this is my place. The place was so personable that everyone new your name. Special thanks to Karrie, Tyler, Ericka and of course I cant leave out the center of this place Nicole. She was always there and such a star. Had an excruciating pain in my left shoulder blade. Didn't now how PT could help. Stephanie made 90% of the pain go away on the first visit. Most of the the rest of the pain went away with the rest of the visits. I highly recommend Stephanie and Fredericksburg Pivot PT.

My therapist Karrie was amazing! She was knowledgeable, personable and very empathetic. My life prior to PT consisted of me basically being confined to my bed. My life was altered due to excruciating back pain. During my treatment I had numerous personal set backs and therapy was prolonged. The front desk receptionist Nicole and Dejoire were extremely helpful and patient with my scheduling. Nicole booked my first appointment and we clicked as I knew exactly what she needed such as the NPI number. Nicole and I chuckled when we first met and continued to remember personal traumatic things I was experiencing. Being greeted by them both with smiles and care makes them an asset to Pivot Physical Therapy. Also, I needed dry needling but unfortunately the needler at that location was out. Thank you to Ryan at the other location for needling me. He was also teaching an intern and explained everything he was going to do. Being guided and knowing what to expect next helped calm my nerves. WAY TO GO PIVOT PHYSICAL THERAPY
