Where do I begin well I had surgery January 04, 2021 Medius and Lateral Meniscus Repair Left Knee. I started physical Therapy January 14th at Fusion Rehabilitation and Wellness Center located at 4701 Spotsylvania Parkway suite 106 Fredericksburg Virginia. This center was very clean smelled good and someone was always 100% sanitizering it down loved that everyone kept their masks on at all times very live group of employees. I worked with a WONDERFUL, FRIENDLY, AMAZING person by the name of Dr. Talisa Taylor. Talisa was a miracle worker it was never a dull moment on this Left knee I felt like I could have moved the world working with Dr. Taylor she motivated me to do more than I didn't think I could have done. Dr. Taylor sent me home doing exercises when I layed down all I could think about is exercising. I don't want to stop this motivation that she given me I'm more active at my own gym that I didn't care for at first. FUSION made me realize life is too short not to move your Health forward into a better place so from the bottom of my heart Thanks you FUSION REHAB AND WELLNESS CENTER for opening my eyes and THANK YOU Dr. Taylor, Talisa for helping me see that light.

Anyone who has had a baby should see a pelvic floor PT and TaLisa is one of the best!nnI came to TaLisa five weeks after having my daughter. I was an avid athlete and was not only dealing with the soreness, discomfort, and exhaustion of recovering from birth, and being a new mom. I was also dealing with the fact that exercise had been my source of outlet for years and I was in a place where my body felt foreign and unnatural. Movements that I had done with ease in the past felt unsteady. My core felt completely unstable and my squats felt like I could completely lose my bladder at any second. TaLisa not only listened to my frustrations but helped me remain focused on the things I could control and acted as my patience when I had none.nAt almost five months postpartum I graduated from pelvic floor physical therapy with the ability to complete all exercises without any symptoms of discomfort or any urinary leakage. I was able to perform my squats, pull-ups and even dynamic movements like box jumps without any symptoms. I am able to confidently start my next training cycle and continue to show my daughter how awesome having a strong healthy body is.nIf you have any pelvic floor symptoms or have had a baby you NEED pelvic floor PT and I cannot recommend TaLisa enough.

Fusion provided a wonderful experience while helping me recover from ankle surgery following a fall that broke one bone and shattered another. The staff was professional but also cheerful and encouraging. Michelle and the other therapists who worked with me did an excellent job of helping me to regain mobility and strength. I highly recommend Fusion.

This was absolutely a 5 star experience from beginning to end. This was my first dabble into the physical therapy world after picking up a bad muscle strain playing soccer that didn’t want to heal. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Tommy Meeusen. The thing that impressed me the most was that he was extremely thorough in the consultation. Unlike many medical practices, he genuinely listened and took the time to really figure out my injury and determine the best treatment plan and course of action for me. As a wannabe athlete I’m sure I will get hurt again, and when I do I know exactly where to go.
