The people at Blue Ridge was so wonderful to assist you. This was not my first time planning a funeral. The cemetery is a beautiful resting place for you love ones. I visit at least once a month changing flowers on family members graves.

If we had the choice to avoid this place after the initial conversation, we wouldn't be here but we had someone we love buried here already and had to use them for the space next to them. It's so incredibly painful to talk to someone who obviously didn't know what they were doing. It felt like we were dealing with a salesman who didn't have his ducks in a row and everything was all over the place. If you are grieving and you decide to go with Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.. know that it is a LONG and UNNECESSARY drawn out process for something that should've taken a few hours, which then makes the process feel even more draining mentally. Funerals and burials can be expensive, which I get, but the salesman/staff dealing with the grieving family should be more prepared.nThe service has gone downhill since we dealt with this place 10 years ago.

My father is buried here. The grounds used to be beautiful and maintained. The last time I went his marker was almost completely covered in grass as were others I saw. I had to pull it all away. I also noticed several vases were missing off of graves. Not turned under, actually missing. Being in the middle of a pandemic doesn’t stop people from working outside. What is going?

The maintenance on this cemetery is very disappointing. I have several family members there and we have two spots for my husband and I. When we visit we have to take clippers to cut the weeds and grass around the market and a broom to sweep the marker. We step over limbs and branches that no one has picked up and there is debris all over...old flowers and such. My sister is buried under a tree and the limbs over her are almost touching the ground...I have to bend the branch out of my way to bend down to put flowers in her vase.

My Mother and most of her family are all buried in several rows together. The upkeep of the property is horrible. No trimming around the markers, branches and twigs are laying everywhere. Its heart breaking to go visit her grave. Shame on you! There is no excuse for the condition of the grounds.
