It was a super great experience with our sales person. It was an easy and fun time and there was low stress. They were there to sell cars but only if it was really for the customer. They are the best there and we will definitely be back. Ramon deserves a raise and a bonus! Will and already have recommended to anyone looking for a car

I had went and test drove several different vehicles from various dealerships and decided I wanted a Nissan Rogue. I was unable to get the deal I was looking for at my local Nissan dealership and found the exact car in Roanoke (about 30 minutes away from me) I emailed them and received a return response in about 15-20 minutes. From there I started talking with David Nicely and he was able to work out a deal that worked best with my budget and get me in the Rogue that I wanted. He was so friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable as to the features on the vehicle as well as the overall car buying experience. I would highly recommend David and First Team Auto in Roanoke to anyone that is considering buying a vehicle.

Recently purchased a new Nissan from First Team. The entire purchasing process was easy and convenient. Norris Timmons was the salesman I worked with and I highly recommend him to anyone! This was a pressure free process from start to finish. Norris really took the time to understand what it was that my wife and I were wanting, and he showed us several options which could fit our needs. Norris has even followed up with me twice by phone just to make sure that we are still just as happy with our purchase, and to make sure we haven't come up with any questions on any of the features of our vehicle. Outstanding job by Norris and everyone else at First Team!

Let me take a second to appreciate the heck out of Mr. Mike Adams. I have always felt like family at first team.... but Mike Adams.... He is THE man. I didn't feel pressured into getting maintenance that was needed, but I did not have the funds for. He was very prompt, courteous, kept me in the loop with updates on my vehicle, and had a lovely sense of humor. That was much appreciated and all of your staff could learn from him. I would love for him to be my advisor every time.... and this man deserves a raise and any and all recognition for his efforts. He is excellent! Thank you, Mr. Mike Adams!
