Update: I picked my stuff up and a job well done. I will say their light starch is light and I will try their heavy. The clothes were hung and packaged nicely. I'll keep the 5 stars. Also, looks like they have Wednesday drop off discounts. I'll modify my routine to take advantage, although if I miss it, their prices are so good, I'll survive.nnI am giving them 5 stars in the hopes my first visit here will be good. I pick up my stuff tonight. Very friendly and the prices are fantastic. Fingers crossed

Do not take your wool rugs to this place. Very disappointed. I brought a 8 ft scalloped round rug in. When I picked it up, it had shrunk, the tag was gone off the back, they did not tumble the loose dirt out, and it had 2 humps sticking up where it looked like it was hanging from hooks. After 3 weeks laying flat the humps were still there. I took it back to cleaners, they told me I had made chair marks. Totally Ridiculous! They did not offer to get loose dirt out, they ironed the lumps out and refused to tell me where they sent it for cleaning. They may do a good job on clothes, but I do not recommend taking an expensive wool rug there. Lesson learned, out $170.

Ruined my rug....I Dropped off a rug that they said would take 3 weeks. It took 6 and I had to go in 2 times. They never called. I got the rug home and unwrapped it and they bled the colors. It looks worse then when I dropped it off.
