I had taken pants there to just to have them hemmed. When I left the pants I specifically said, “hem them about an half inch.” I went to there to get them (cost $18) just for them to cut them wayyyy to short. I took them back because it was altered wrong. I had to pay again just for them to correct there mistake. This isn’t the first time they messed up on altering my pants; I just let the first time slide, 1st time was forgiving, but not the second time. When I called the location; the phone just rings.... no one answers. When I go into the store I had to wait for 15min before anyone even came to the front (I was heading out the door) when the worker/owner finally came to the desk.
Garments turn out well, and staff is friendly and very helpful!
Under new management since Dec 2018, looks renovated and clean. Impressed with fast turn around. Take advantage of Sat sale!
Owner was very polite and took time to ask questions when altering my pants.
Customer service sucks. The owner is rude and constantly changes prices. Would not recommend.
